The brothers of Fiji participated in the Run Across Virginia on Friday November 25th. A run from Blacksburg to Lynchburg that covers a distance of nearly 90 miles, with twists, turns, and steep hills. The run is a philanthropy event for the Jimmy V. Foundation for cancer research. The total raised between the Rho Alpha chapter at Virginia Tech and the Omicron chapter at UVA was over $45,000. The check was presented at Scott Stadium during the UVA v. Virginia Tech football game.
